Module 4 Description:

In this module you will determine your material and equipment needs.  Refer back to your procedure to develop your materials list for ordering.

 

 

Actions to be completed

• Develop your materials list.  Make a copy of the Materials List and share with your teacher.  Include the following:

  • Exact amounts of chemicals necessary to perform all trials.

  • Specific details about each piece of equipment (volumes, sizes, etc).

  • All ancillary pieces (ie 30 pipet tips for the 50-100 μL micropipetter)
